At Vakula Collection, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, as a company policy, we do not offer refunds on any products sold. Once a product is sold, it is eligible for exchange or replacement only, under the following terms:

Size Exchange or Damaged Product

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or if the product received is damaged, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please write to us at info@vakulas.com, sales@vakulas.com, or vakulastyles@gmail.com, providing the following details:

• Order number
• Full name
• Address
• Size change required (if applicable)
• Images of the damaged product (if applicable)

Our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the exchange process. We may request further information or additional photographs to assess your request. After your return request is approved, please ship the product back to the following address:

Important Conditions for Exchange

• Products customized as per your requirements, including custom sizing or design, are not eligible for exchange.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for exchange.
• Jewellery is not eligible for exchange.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to us.
• Vakula Collection reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition or shows signs of use or damage.

All products must be returned with the original documents (invoices, etc.) and must be notified to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Once notified, you are required to dispatch the product back to us within 7 working days of receipt of the order.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that products purchased on SALE or using a coupon/discount code are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
