As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
For further proof, you must take the unpacking video of the product. If you would like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at vakulastyles@gmail.com with your order number, full name, address, and the size change required/images of the damaged product. Our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the process of exchanging the product.

Vakula Collection,Products that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for an exchange. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.
Vakula Collection reserves the right to refuse a return of product purchased from us if the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged, or has been found to be used.
All products to be returned must be notified to vakulastyles@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.
All products under SALE or purchased using a coupon/discount code are not valid for any exchange or return.
